1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PawsBack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law, another person's rights, or contractual restrictions that apply to your uploaded content.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Some PawsBack features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are presented at checkout or within the service.
By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the materials you upload to PawsBack, including pet photos, videos, audio, text, and memorial content.
You grant Aethalis Inc a limited license to host, process, display, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service features you choose to use.

5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service integrity, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited, or use the service to violate law or harm others.

6. Intellectual Property
The PawsBack service, including software, branding, interface design, and original site content, is owned by Aethalis Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
PawsBack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethalis Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms us or others. You may stop using the service at any time.
